Saar (Halter-broke) is a ¾ peruvian female. Saar was reserve Champion of the grey
alpaca's in Hapert (2012). Her fibergrowth was 0.33 mm per day in her 2nd year of life. The
sire of Saar is a AZVD male with 92 points and is a son of Peruvian Valerie. Valerie comes from the world famous herd of Rural Alianza (renowned
for their uniformity of fiber and lasting fineness) from Peru. Valerie has the A-status
at the AZVD with 97 points and is a silver premium female at the AZVD (2nd best of all
females). Her progeny is doing very well on shows. Daughter AH Peruvian Beatrice
was in 2008 best of the show. Son AH Peruvian Friso
(A-status 99 points) is sold to Germany and is already 2
times reserve best of show. Son AH Peruvian Vengador was in 2011 reserve best in show in hapert and in Assen. Furthermore, Vengador
was grand champion fleece in 2011 (Assen). Saar is a granddaughter of Peruvian Accoyo Amando, the most successful
male of the AZVD. He has the A-status with the AZVD with 93 points.
So far he is the only male with gold premium in the studboek. The
